To emphasize how T.J. Maxx empowers women, we gave people around the world an opportunity to rally for them on Twitter.
Each week we highlighted a real woman facing a challenge (a grandmother needing a van for her disabled granddaughter, a woman starting a business to help veterans with PTSD, etc.) and invited users to surprise her with tweets of wisdom & encouragement. Each tweet also unlocked $1 from T.J. toward that woman’s cause, resulting in over $25,000 donated.
